The Shamayim Has the Replays

Unforgiveness is toxic physically & spiritually. Refusing to forgive damages what we cannot see; our own ruah and our own bodies. It creates a wall between us, and the grace we desire (but don’t deserve). When we cling to bitterness and resentment, it stunts our physical healing (and creates dis-ease), while also voiding our own expectation of receiving forgiveness from Yahuah. Unforgiveness makes us hypocrites.

Dwelling on negativity goes against scripture in multiple ways, considering that we are supposed to focus on the kingdom and focus on what is good. Rest in shalom, knowing that Yahuah has seen it all, and will pay transgressors according to what has been sown.

'For the rest, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is righteous, whatever is clean, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good report, if there is any uprightness and if there is any praise – think on these.'
Pilipiyim (Philippians) 4:8

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the The Most High. Romans 12:19

The Sting of Disobedience

Have you ever been stung by a bee or bitten by a mosquito? I liken the sting of disobedience to be similar in a way. One has an immediate sting of pain, while the other develops a little slower, just as some sins display immediate consequences, while the consequence of other sins, makes itself known later.

Sometimes the sting of disobedience isn’t immediately apparent. For example, a child being told not to touch a hot stovetop. If the child makes the decision to disobey their parent and touch the stove, they will immediately face the effects of their disobedience. As we grow older, we can see the effects of sin mature at a slower rate. One example would be the disregard for biblical dietary guidelines, which often results in disease and premature death. We were told not to consume certain things for a reason, but often times people will not give those things up until they have already been diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
We should consistently consider that every action has a consequence. Obedience to The Most High = prosperity, while opposing Him = negative results (sin + sacrifice + death), according to Romans 6:23.

'For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of The Most High is eternal life through Yahusha Hamaschiach.
Romans 6:23

The Wound of Fornication

In today's culture, sexual freedom is often celebrated as a fundamental right. However, the Bible offers a stark warning about the consequences of sexual immorality. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, the Apostle Paul urges believers to "flee from sexual immorality," emphasizing that "every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body." This passage serves as a sobering reminder of the deep wounds that fornication can inflict on both the body and the soul.

Fornication, like all sin, has a way of embedding itself deeply into a person's life. It begins subtly, often with what seems like a harmless attraction or a fleeting desire. Yet, as it takes root, it grows and spreads, entangling the heart and mind. The sin of fornication is particularly insidious because it involves the body in a way that other sins do not. The act itself creates a bond that is both physical and spiritual, making it difficult to break free. Over time, this sin can become a stronghold, leading to a life marked by guilt, shame, and spiritual estrangement from Yahuah.

As believers, we are called to honor Yahuah with our bodies, recognizing that we are temples of the Holy Spirit. By fleeing from fornication, we protect ourselves from these wounds and live in the freedom and purity that The Most High intends for us.
